It's very rare for me to wear trousers, i don't even really wear jeans. I just don't particularly like trousers on me, i don't think they're very flattering. But these trousers, which are actually my mums are vintage, and are absolutely gorgeous. They're high-waisted, which is definitely what i'd go for if buying a pair myself, and they're a lovely dark brown colour with a check print. I thought the trousers would look good teamed with a plain top and the white one is a great piece, really complimenting the trousers. I've decided to keep this outfit simple by not adding any jewellery. Personally, i think the simple look actually looks really good, sometimes simplicity simply is better. Black heels accompany this outfit, really bringing the look together and finishing it off nicely.
