Making an effort

I 'ran out of clothes' in Magaluf last Summer and was adamant I needed a new piece in my wardrobe so I went to one of their local market stall/shops and picked up this little beauty. It came in one size, so it is too big, but I like how big it is, because it allows me to do more with it by adding a belt. I think the silver belt really compliments the dress, bringing it in nicely at the waist. This choker is something I've had lying around for ages, I love chokers, I think they are so attractive and just look sexy to be honest. I thought that it really worked with this outfit as any other piece of jewellery would of been too much considering how bold the belt is. Red and black is always a winner in my books and to dress up this outfit, the red blazer was just perfect.

So on Friday night, for the first time in ages, I went to the pub for a friends birthday, hence why I made an effort and got a bit dressed up, and have a bit more make up on than usual. This outfit made me feel quite confident, (probably because my crutch compliments the silver accessories - lol) But, it went better than expected. First time out without Mumma Melv too, so this was a big step for me. Next time I just won't get as drunk haha, oh well I enjoyed myself and laughed like I hadn't laughed in ages, made me realise just how fun leaving the house actually is.
