OOTD: Summer Elephant Magic

Black Leather Jacket (similar here)
New Look Black Ankle Strap Flats (similar here)
ASOS Gold Star Ring (similar here)
ASOS Gold Silver Stone Ring (similar here)

This is an outfit that was worn on one of the warmer days in England that we don't see very much of. I mean, we more or less only had one good day of Summer here which is a shame. My mum actually bought this gorgeous swing dress for me as she actually shrunk one of my new dresses that i bought from H&M. I'd only worn it once and i was not a happy bunny. But i actually think i prefer this dress better now, it so cute and totally my style. I'm going to try and wear this dress through Autumn too as i have a few ideas in my head for outfits that will be on trend featuring this dress. Again i've actually kept this outfit quite monochrome. I promise for my next post there will be some colour, even if i have to dress up in a bright pink flamingo suit! I went for a bit of a strong makeup look for this outfit with dark eye makeup and a deep purple lip. I didn't want to look all cutesy, but a bit more punk. I think these pointed ankle strap flats are great, not only are they comfortable, but i think they can make an outfit look more classy. The leather jacket is to make the outfit look a bit more strong. These photos don't really do my eye makeup justice, but together with the outfit i think it makes a good intense, yet still summery look.

Love this look. The elephant print is so fun and different, you could style it a lot of different ways. I think you added just the right amount of edge to this look with your makeup and jacket :)
