Embracing the inner goth
Thursday 28 March 2013
Got my first appointment today with my Occupational Therapist for my EDS(Elhers Danlos Syndrome Type 3 is what i have) I'm quite nervous and i'm not entirely sure what it's going to entail, but at least it's progress into not being as in much pain everyday. Just got to continue thinking positively i guess.
Pinky wild one
Tuesday 26 March 2013
Jacket: Unknown
Jumper: River Island
Leggings: New Look
I love this snuggly long pink jumper. Not only is it something i can snuggle in, it's also warm and i really like the print on the front too. The print of the 'wild one' and the lion are fierce! I've always been a sucker for baby pink pieces of clothing too and the colour seems to suit me really well, especially when i'm blonde. Like most jumpers i own this is also a few sizes bigger and that's why it's a bit longer and sitting how i like. I think the leather jacket really enhances the fierceness of the lion print, and really goes well. I'm wearing minimal make up and my hairs towel dried to achieve the look i was going for.
I went shopping with mumsy for a few bits and bobs, and i was pleasently surprised with just how good the sale items were in New Look and Dorothy Perkins. I bought a gorgeous, camel coloured coat and a summery dress from DP and a dark green blazer from NL. Cute little pieces added to my wardrobe has made for a happy Courtney.
Week In Photos #18
Sunday 24 March 2013
Print against red outfit, me selling cupcakes & donuts for the charity Beauty with a Purpose charity with Stacey, cute little chicks mumsy got me, pick me up before photo shoot, Broken hearts outfit, on set for photo shoot, sneak peak of me in action, mini eggs are amazing, Costa vanilla soy latte, rocking my brothers snap back, the football team i used to play for folded today = sad times, two big bags of haribo all for moi!
I had a week where i actually did a bit, selling cakes & donuts, a photo shoot and a night out was enough to absolutely exhaust me! I've got two hospital appointments this week which is always tiring, i'm always so nervous. It'll be my first occupational therapy appointment since being diagnosed with Elhers Danlos Syndrome Type 3 so wish me luck!
iCrayon Review
Saturday 23 March 2013
iCrayon: Digital Crayon Stylus
I was recently contacted by Lauren over at Arena Media, and asked if i would like to review one of their products. Out of the ones she suggested to me, i decided that i'd like to try the iCrayon out as it's something that i could incorporate into my day to day lifestyle. I have a Samsung S3 Mini and i still was able to use this even though it's designed specifically for iPhone users.
This little chunky stylus is great for the iPhone or Android user and is really easy to use. I personally have quite small hands and sometimes find it a bit hard to use my phone when it comes to doing something on my phone, but this sure solved this, making it a lot easier. So if you've got small hands i would definitely recommend this product.
Also, i found this really easy to use when wearing gloves too, whereas usually i would have to take my gloves off to do something on my touch sensitive phone, this totally solved that issue. No more having to take the gloves off and getting cold hands when replying to texts!!

Personally, i found this product really great and it's something i enjoy using. People are always asking me where i got it from. If you yourself would like your own iCrayon, you can purchase one from Amazon here for between £5-£10. I hope if you purchase this product, you find it as great as i do.
Broken Hearts
Thursday 21 March 2013
I had a photo shoot yesterday, we did two looks. The first was more of a natural beauty look, and the second was with more intense eye makeup. Here's a sneak peak at the natural beauty look we did. Let me know what you think!
Print against red
Tuesday 19 March 2013
Blazer: Vintage
Dress: Urban Outfitters
I've really been struggling to cope with my emotions recently and have been so depressed. I really could do with some proper resting time, and may treat the mum and i to a nice spa day, we could both do with it and i always love quality time with the mum :) The cake sale yesterday went really well and we managed to sell more or less all the cakes besides a couple at the end so thanks to everyone that donated and bought a cake, all the money is going to a good cause.
